Ingredients

  • 15 oz - firm Tofu
  • 2 - Onions
  • 200 gm - Pista
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 250 ml - Milk
  • For Masala:
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 inch piece - Ginger
  • 5 - Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - white pepper
  • Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Tofu Pista Curry:

    1. Boil onion and pista with a little water.
    2. Grind and make a thick paste of green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, white pepper, coriander leaves, boiled onion, pista and salt.
    3. Cook the masala in oil for 5 minutes till the raw smell goes.
    4. Put the sliced tofu in the masala and cook for 3 minutes.
    5. When the tofu is done, add milk to it and cook for 2 minutes.
    6. If you want thin gravy, add more milk.
