How to Make Tofu Pista Curry

  • Boil onion and pista with a little water.
  • Grind and make a thick paste of green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, white pepper, coriander leaves, boiled onion, pista and salt.
  • Cook the masala in oil for 5 minutes till the raw smell goes.
  • Put the sliced tofu in the masala and cook for 3 minutes.
  • When the tofu is done, add milk to it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • If you want thin gravy, add more milk.
