Ingredients

  • 2- small capsicums
  • 1 -big onion
  • 1 cup -tofu (firm tofu) or cake tofu
  • 1 tsp -vinegar (white)
  • 1-2 tbsp -soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp- ginger paste
  • 1 tsp-black pepper powder

How to Make Tofu With Capsicum

  • First cut the onion and capsicum length wise.
  • Take oil in the pan, fry the onion and capsicum together till both turn a little red in colour.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste, after 5 minutes add soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper powder.
  • At the end add the tofu pieces.
  • Serve hot
