How to Make Tofu With Red Capsicum

  • Cut the tofu and capsicum into big square pieces.
  • Chop tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  • Now take a pan with oil, add in jeera, garlic and ginger with chopped onions. Saute it till brown.
  • Add tomato and saute it.
  • Add all the spices and cook it for a few minutes.
  • After 2 mins, add tofu and capsicum.
  • Cook it for 5-8 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
