Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Curd - 2.5 cups
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste.
  • How to Make Tomato - Dahi Chutney:

    1. Heat oil in a skillet and splutter mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
    2. Add tomato pieces, green chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.
    3. Cook for 5-10 mins till the tomatoes are soft and allow to cool for sometime.
    4. Beat curd, add the above mixture to this curd and mix well. Do not heat again.
    5. Serve this either hot or cold.
