Ingredients

  • 5 red ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 Clove - garlic, finely minced
  • pinch - pepper
  • 1 tbsp. - fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • salt to taste

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Leave mixture at room temperature for 25 mins before serving with pasta or pizza.
