Ingredients

  • 4 - Tomato ripe (chopped)
  • 2 - Onions (chopped)
  • 6 - Red Chillies (whole) or according to your taste
  • a Lime sized ball - Tamarind
  • salt
  • Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • 1 stem - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • Cilantro leaves
  • How to Make Tomato and Red Chilli Curry:

    1. Pressure cook the above ingredients for about 2 whistles. Allow it to cool, then blend it together.
    2. Season the blended mixture with mustard, jeera, curry leaves and add a tsp of ghee to it.
    3. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
    4. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
