Ingredients

  • 2 cups - besan
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • coriander, chopped
  • salt
  • water
  • How to Make Tomato Besan Omelette:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with little water to make the batter.
    2. The batter should not be watery, but also not thick. It's consistency should be like the ones for dosas.
    3. Heat the tawa and put little oil to grease it.
    4. Put a spoonful of the mixture on the tawa and spread it like you would for dosas.
    5. Let one side cook and then turn it over for the other side to cook.
    6. Serve it with sauce or pickle.
