Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Tomatoes
  • 2 - Onion
  • 1 - Potato
  • Butter - as needed
  • Grated cheese - as needed
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • Fresh cream - as needed
  • Bread croutons
  • 4 cups water

How to Make Tomato Cheese Soup

  • Boil the tomatoes with onion & potato.
  • Peel the boiled tomatoes and blend the mixture.
  • Filter the tomato puree.
  • Heat the butter, add the puree and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add the salt and black pepper & cook for a while.
  • Then take soup off the flame and add fresh cream and grated cheese.
  • Garnish soup with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with bread croutons.
