Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Tomatoes
  • 2 - Onion
  • 1 - Potato
  • Butter - as needed
  • Grated cheese - as needed
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • Fresh Cream - as needed
  • Bread croutons
  • 4 cups water
  • How to Make Tomato Cheese Soup:

    1. Boil the tomatoes with onion & potato.
    2. Peel the boiled tomatoes and blend the mixture.
    3. Filter the tomato puree.
    4. Heat the butter, add the puree and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
    5. Add the salt and black pepper & cook for a while.
    6. Then take soup off the flame and add fresh cream and grated cheese.
    7. Garnish soup with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with bread croutons.
