  • 4-chicken leg quarters
  • 1/2 cup-tomato puree
  • 1 tsp-garam masala powder .
  • 1 tsp-red chilli powder.
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp -sunflower oil
  • For garnish:
  • 1/2 bunch-finely chopped coriander leaves
  • lemon wedges

How to Make Tomato Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken legs in the tomato puree, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt and leave it for 24 hrs. Heat the oil in a skillet, put the chicken pieces and cook until they are done stirring continuously.
  • Serve garnished with the coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
