  • 2 big Tomatoes
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 3 flakes garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of Sugar
  • Red Chillies - as per need
  • How to Make Tomato Chutney Dip:

    1. Wash and chop the tomatoes.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions for a few minutes.
    3. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, cumin powder, salt, sugar and green chillies. Fry till the tomatoes are reduced to pulp.
    4. Grind in a blender.
    5. Season with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
