How to Make Tomato Chutney Dip

  • Wash and chop the tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions for a few minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, cumin powder, salt, sugar and green chillies. Fry till the tomatoes are reduced to pulp.
  • Grind in a blender.
  • Season with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
