Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 flake Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - Hing
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tomato chutney (Pickled):

    1. Grind tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste.
    2. In a kadai, heat oil add mustard seeds and after they splutter, add curry leaves and hing.
    3. Add the ground paste, salt and cook till the oil separates.
    4. Serve hot with idli or dosa.
