How to Make Tomato coriander carrot chutney

  • Add a spoonful of oil to a microwave bowl.
  • Add garlic and red chilli cover and microwave high for 1 minute.
  • Add carrot and tomato, cut in big pieces.
  • Microwave for 7 mins without lid
  • Stir once.
  • Add cleaned, chopped coriander leaves and microwave for 1 more minute.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Add salt and ginger and grind to a smooth paste.
