Ingredients

  • 10 Cloves - Garlic
  • 7 - Red Chilli
  • 8 - Tomato
  • 1 - coriander bunch
  • 1 - Carrot
  • salt to taste
  • Ginger - 1 " piece
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Tomato coriander carrot chutney:

    1. Add a spoonful of oil to a microwave bowl.
    2. Add garlic and red chilli cover and microwave high for 1 minute.
    3. Add carrot and tomato, cut in big pieces.
    4. Microwave for 7 mins without lid
    5. Stir once.
    6. Add cleaned, chopped coriander leaves and microwave for 1 more minute.
    7. Allow it to cool.
    8. Add salt and ginger and grind to a smooth paste.
