Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled sweet Corn
  • 250 g - sweet tomatoes, large
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic Ginger paste
  • A pinch - Sugar
  • 1 cup - coriander and Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Tomato corn bharta:

    1. Boil the corn with some turmeric powder and salt.
    2. Heat 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds and splutter.
    3. Add ginger-garlic paste and onions. Fry till it turns golden brown.
    4. Add all the masalas.
    5. Then add the chopped tomatoes, mash it like bharta, cover and cook.
    6. When done, add the boiled corn.
    7. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
    8. Serve with roti, bread, or rice.
