Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Tomatoes (use ripe Tomatoes)
  • 2 -onions medium
  • 1 -green chilli large
  • 4 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric (haldi powder)
  • salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Tomato Curry With Cream:

    1. In a skillet, heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry until light brown.
    2. Then add garlic, salt, turmeric, chopped green chillies and fry for a minute or two.
    3. Next add sliced tomatoes over medium heat, cook for 15 mins or until all the liquid is absorbed.
    4. Now add milk and simmer until sauce thickens. Goes well with sour dough bread and/or white rice.
