  • 1 lb - tomatoes (use ripe tomatoes)
  • 2 -onions medium
  • 1 -green chilli large
  • 4 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric (haldi powder)
  • salt
  • coriander leaves

How to Make Tomato Curry With Cream

  • In a skillet, heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry until light brown.
  • Then add garlic, salt, turmeric, chopped green chillies and fry for a minute or two.
  • Next add sliced tomatoes over medium heat, cook for 15 mins or until all the liquid is absorbed.
  • Now add milk and simmer until sauce thickens. Goes well with sour dough bread and/or white rice.
