  • 2 cups - Curd
  • 2 - Roma Tomatoes
  • Green chillies (as per taste)
  • Coriander (1 to 2 stems) [optional]
  • Dry Coconut Powder(1 tsp)
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoning:
  • Mustard seeds, urad dal, Chana dal, Cumin seeds (1 tsp in all)
  • How to Make Tomato Dahi Chutney:

    1. Take curd in a cup and add dried coconut. Keep this aside.
    2. Cut tomatoes and green chillies.
    3. Take 2 tbsp oil in a kadai. When the oil gets warm, add tomatoes and green chillies.
    4. Add turmeric.
    5. Allow tomatoes to cook under a low fire till they become a paste.
    6. Now, add this paste to the curd.
    7. Add salt as per taste.
    8. Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
    9. Heat 2 tsps of oil in the kadai and add the seasoning ingredients mentioned above.
    10. When they splutter, add this to the chutney.
