Ingredients

  • 150 g - basmati Rice
  • 1 cup - Mint leaves
  • 1 - pureed Tomato
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Tomato Garlic Pulao:

    1. Heat butter in the pan and add cumin seeds.
    2. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.
    3. When the mixture starts boiling, add the cleaned and washed rice. Mix well.
    4. Add 2 cups of water, cook till rice is tender.
    5. Garnish with mint leaves.
