Ingredients

  • 5 - ripe tomatoes, skin peeled, cooked and made into a smooth paste
  • 2 cup - sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Jam

  • Take a thick bottom pan, grease it with oil and heat the pan.
  • Add the tomatoes paste and stir well.
  • Add sugar to the tomato paste and stir it well until the sugar gets dissolved (add more as per your taste).
  • Add water to the mixture and stir well.
  • Keep stirring so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
  • Cook till become a semi-solid paste.
