Ingredients

  • 5 - ripe tomatoes, skin peeled, cooked and made into a smooth paste
  • 2 cup - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tomato Jam:

    1. Take a thick bottom pan, grease it with oil and heat the pan.
    2. Add the tomatoes paste and stir well.
    3. Add sugar to the tomato paste and stir it well until the sugar gets dissolved (add more as per your taste).
    4. Add water to the mixture and stir well.
    5. Keep stirring so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
    6. Cook till become a semi-solid paste.
