Ingredients

  • Tomato - 2 ripe red ones
  • Onion - 1 medium-sized chopped fine
  • 1 small Carrot - grated fine
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 cup puffed Rice
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Tomato Masala:

    1. Cut the ripe tomatoes in thin circles and arrange them on a plate.
    2. Sprinkle the chopped onions on them and the grated carrot.
    3. Now, sprinkle the salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder and squeeze 1/2 the lemon on it.
    4. Add the puffed rice on top as required and top it with sev.
    5. Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
