  • 200 g - fresh mushroom
  • 2 - big red tomatoes
  • 1 - big onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - chopped red chillies
  • 1 ladle - tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves and a dash of cream for garnish

How to Make Tomato Mushroom

  • Wash and cut mushrooms in halves, keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for a few minutes till transparent.
  • Peel tomatoes by putting them in hot water, cut it finely and add to the onions in the pan. Stir well.
  • Now add mushrooms, salt, red chillies and mix well for a few minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce to the mixture and again stir.
  • Serve with plenty of coriander leaves and a little cream at the top.
