Ingredients

  • 4 - Tomato
  • 50 gms - Mushrooms
  • 1 - Kashmiri Red Chilli
  • 4-5 - Lemon grass leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - sweetener
  • How to Make Tomato Mushroom Soup:

    1. Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree out of it.
    2. Add lemon grass leaves with 1 kashmiri red chilli.
    3. Boil for 3 minutes.
    4. Float mushrooms (chopped) on it. 
    5. Add sweetener, pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    6. Boil for 3 mins. and remove from flame.
    7. Serve hot.
