Ingredients

  • 4 - Tomato
  • 50 gms - Mushrooms
  • 1 - Kashmiri red chilli
  • 4-5 - Lemon grass leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - sweetener

How to Make Tomato Mushroom Soup

  • Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree out of it.
  • Add lemon grass leaves with 1 kashmiri red chilli.
  • Boil for 3 minutes.
  • Float mushrooms (chopped) on it. 
  • Add sweetener, pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Boil for 3 mins. and remove from flame.
  • Serve hot.
