How to Make Tomato N Paneer Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a large pan, add the bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Saute.
  • Add the onion pieces, tomato puree with soya sauce, garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
  • Saute until the oil separates.
  • Add the paneer cubes and toss gently for a while.
  • Add the rice, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently.
