Ingredients

  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • Chopped green chilli - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1. 5 tsps
  • 4 tsp - crushed noodles
  • 2 tsp - spring onion
  • Ginger paste - 1/4 spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • 3 cups - vegetable stock

How to Make Tomato Noodle Soup

  • Peel off the skin of the tomatoes. In a mixie grind tomatoes and chilli and make a fine paste.
  • In a kadai, add 1 tbsp butter, tomato paste and boil till red colour is obtained.
  • Then add stock, sugar, chopped spring onions, ginger paste and noodles.
  • When the noodles are parboiled, add cornflour and salt.
  • While serving garnish with white pepper, black pepper and a little butter.
