How to Make Tomato Omelette

  • Make paste of maida, soda and besan.
  • Add turmeric and salt. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomato, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Make the batter like dosa batter.
  • Take a pan and make medium sized omelettes with oil.
  • Serve with hot sauce, curd or pickle.
