  • 4 juicy ripe Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar

How to Make Tomato Onion Parathas

  • Mix all ingredients, except dough and oil.
  • Take a lump of dough as per introduction.
  • Divide into 2 lumps. Roll both separately into thin chapattis.
  • Drain excess water from the mixture every now and then.
  • Spread some filling on the chapatti, moisten the rim with water.
  • Press the other chapatti over it, seal the rims together.
  • Shallow-fry.
  • Serve hot and crisp with butter or chutney.
