  • Finely sliced Onion - 1 cup | Finely chopped tomato - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 tsp | Salt to Taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp

How to Make Tomato Onion Raita

  • Mix all the ingredients (onion, tomato, curd and salt).
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds.
  • When it splutters, add the curry leaves and pour this on the raitha.
  • This raitha goes well for biryanis and pulaos.
