Ingredients

  • Finely sliced Onion - 1 cup | Finely chopped Tomato - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 tsp | Salt to Taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Tomato Onion Raita:

    1. Mix all the ingredients (onion, tomato, curd and salt).
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds.
    3. When it splutters, add the curry leaves and pour this on the raitha.
    4. This raitha goes well for biryanis and pulaos.
