How to Make Tomato panchamrit

  • Blanch the tomatoes.
  • Remove from water and chop.
  • Add the soaked raisins, figs, monakka, dates and crush to a fine paste in the blender.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add this mixture with the tomatoes, and let it cook.
  • Add seasoning with sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.
  • Decorate with peas and cashew nuts enjoy with roti.
