Ingredients

  • 250 g - Paneer (cream cheese)
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 - Green chillies (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 250 g - tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper

How to Make Tomato Paneer

  • Cut the paneer into cubes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and fry. Drain and keep aside.
  • Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
  • Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
  • Add the fried paneer, cover and cook for 2 mins on a slow fire.
  • Add the tomatoes the remaining salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook slowly for 10 mins.
  • Shake the pan every now and then while cooking.
