How to Make Tomato Pasta Sauce

  • Grill the capsicum and chop roughly.
  • Chop the carrots very thinly as well as tomatoes and onions.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, add olive oil.
  • Add onions and fry until brown.
  • Then add tomatoes, all powders, oregano, cayenne and stir well.
  • Add the carrots, grilled capsicum and salt to taste.
  • Cook for 3-4 mins, then serve with pasta or with chapattis.
