How to Make Tomato posto

  • Grind poppy seeds with green chillies.
  • Heat oil, add kalonji and tomato. Saute for a while, add potato and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add water, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
