  • 5 ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 litre boiling water
  • How to Make Tomato Puree:

    1. Immerse tomatoes in the boiling water.
    2. Cover, keep aside for 15 minutes.
    3. Remove from water and puree till smooth.
    4. Strain to remove seeds and skins.
    5. OR
    6. Chop and pressure cook tomatoes till soft
    7. Blend the tomatoes without adding any water. Strain.
    8. Refrigerate and use as required.
