How to Make Tomato Raita

  • Cut tomatoes into medium sized pieces. Cut green Chillies into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, green chillies, tomatoes and saute them for about 2-3 mins and allow it to cool for some time.
  • Take a small bowl, and add yogurt and the fried mixture.
  • Add turmeric, some chilli powder and salt.
  • Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
