Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Tomato sauce - 2 cups
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tomato Roti:

    1. Boil the tomato sauce, chilli powder, cilantro and salt for 15 minutes till it turns to a paste.
    2. Then add it to the wheat flour little by little and knead well.
    3. Separate the dough into small even-sized balls.
    4. Roll each of them into a chapatti and roast them ghee on a tawa till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot.
