Ingredients

  • 5 - bread slices
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Milk Cream
  • 1 - green chilly
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Toast

  • Make a puree of tomatoes.
  • Add egg, then milk cream, pepper powder, green chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander and salt.
  • Mix well and then dip one slice of bread in the batter and fry till light brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
