Ingredients

  • 500 g - Topfen (cottage cheese)
  • 70 g - Softened Butter
  • 120 g - semolina
  • 120 g - Sugar
  • 4 - Egg yolks
  • 4 - Egg whites
  • 1.5 tsp - Baking powder
  • How to Make Topfen au flauf:

    1. Mix together topfen, butter and sugar, egg yolks.
    2. Whip egg white with baking powder till it stands.
    3. Blend both mixtures together.
    4. Pour batter into buttered souffle dish.
    5. Garnish with fruit pieces.
    6. Bake in pre-heated medium oven for half an hour or until done.
