Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chicken pieces, approx 1/4 inch
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - chopped French beans
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 - Garlic crushed
  • 4 - Corn tortillas (6 inches in diameter)
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 4 tsp - salsa sauce
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Tortilla Sandwich:

    1. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of butter.
    2. Add chicken pieces and cook till light brown, stirring continuously.
    3. Add onion, capsicum and French beans.
    4. Add pepper, salt, chilli powder and garlic.
    5. Cook chicken till brown. Remove from fire.
    6. Cut the tortillas into half.
    7. Spread the mixture evenly on four parts.
    8. Top it with salsa sauce (1 tsp each on each tortilla).
    9. Finally, garnish with grated cheese in 4 equal parts.
    10. Cover it with remaining tortilla halves.
    11. Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp oil.
    12. Put the tortilla sandwich on it.
    13. Let it shallow fry till golden brown.
    14. Turn and let the other side becomes golden and the cheese is melted.
    15. Serve with your choice of dip.
