  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp fresh Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp minced Ginger
  • 3-5 minced chillies
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced green Onions
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil (preferred)
  • 6-8 sliced Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Salad Wrap Ingredients-
  • 12 -1 6 medium leaves of Lettuce
  • 1.5 cup Tomato slices
  • 1 cup shredded red Cabbage
  • 4 thinly sliced green Onions
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 2 cups snap beans blanched and sliced
  • How to Make Tortilla Wrap:

    1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, add minced garlic, sugar and lime juice. Bring to boil for about 2 mins. Remove the sauce pan from heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients. Set aside.
    2. Method For wrap:
    3. Toss all ingredients together except for the lettuce and set aside.
    4. Heat 4 pre-cooked flour tortillas and place 1-2 lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla.
    5. Divide the cabbage-tomato mixture in four equal parts and place on lettuce.
    6. Pour sauce evenly over the mixture, then roll sides of tortillas to make wraps.
