Ingredients

  • 2 cups - maida
  • 1 tin - milk maid
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 tsps - sugar
  • salt a pinch
  • ghee for frying
  • 1 - egg

How to Make Traditional Pancakes

  • Mix egg and maida with a fork. Then add salt and sugar and gently pour milkmaid and milk in.
  • Make a thin batter and keep aside for 15-30 mins.
  • Make sure that no lumps are formed.
  • Grease a non-stick frying pan with ghee or butter, pour half a cup of batter and spread it.
  • When it is 3/4th cooked, flip over to cook other side.
  • Serve hot.
