  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1 tin - Milk maid
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tsps - Sugar
  • salt a pinch
  • Ghee for frying
  • 1 - Egg
  • How to Make Traditional Pancakes:

    1. Mix egg and maida with a fork. Then add salt and sugar and gently pour milkmaid and milk in.
    2. Make a thin batter and keep aside for 15-30 mins.
    3. Make sure that no lumps are formed.
    4. Grease a non-stick frying pan with ghee or butter, pour half a cup of batter and spread it.
    5. When it is 3/4th cooked, flip over to cook other side.
    6. Serve hot.
