Ingredients

  • 200 g - paneer, crumbled
  • 25 g - Raisins
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - Cream
  • 200 g - Tomatoes
  • 100 g - Onion
  • 4 - Green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Grind these ingredients to a paste:
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut
  • 1 piece - Ginger
  • 4 pods - Garlic
  • 25 g - Cashew
  • 1 tsp - Poppy Seeds
  • How to Make Traditional Paneer Burji:

    1. Take some oil in a dekchi and fry the onions and green chillies.
    2. Add the tomato pieces. Fry well.
    3. Now add coconut, ginger, garlic, cashew and poppy seed paste. Fry well.
    4. Add crumbled paneer with some water, raisins, garam masala and salt.
    5. Boil for some time, decorate with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
