Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Tomato
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • 2-3 tsp - white til
  • 2-3 tsp - dry Coconut
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • How to Make Traditional Tomato curry:

    1. In a pan heat oil, put tomato pieces, salt, green chillies (slit) and close the pan.
    2. Let it cook until it becomes soft and all the juice of the tomato pieces come out.
    3. Dry roast white til, dry coconut in another pan and grind to a powder.
    4. After the tomato gets cooked, add the above powder and mix well.
    5. Add red chilli powder and some more oil (2-3 spoons).
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
