How to Make Traditional Tomato gravy

  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the seeds and spices and allow to splutter.
  • Add onion, garlic, chilli and ginger paste, one by one. Mix well until the raw smell goes.
  • Add white paste and mix it. After a few second, add tomato puree and stir it. | Add all masalas and mix well until the oil separates from paste.
  • Stir it until it turns into thick paste.
