  • Raw Rice - 4 cup
  • Urad Dal - 3 cup
  • Milk - 1 l
  • Sugar - according to your taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Cardamom a pinch
  • Salt
  • How to Make Traditional Urad Dal Ladoo:

    1. Soak the rice and dal and make a paste like vada batter along with salt. Take a pinch of the batter and deep-fry. When its become golden colour, take it out the vada and squeeze the oil.
    2. Meanwhile, boil the milk, add sugar and cardamom powder in it.
    3. Add the vada in the milk and soak it properly. You can use the oil along with 100 gm ghee.
