  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar (or to taste)
  • 10 tsp - vanilla essence
  • How to Make Traditional Vanilla Ice cream:

    1. Boil the milk till it becomes thick (about 800 ml).
    2. As soon as it is cooled, add the sugar, vanilla essence and blend well using a blender or mixie.
    3. Cool it in the refrigerator and blend well again.
    4. Keep it in the freezer and your vanilla icecream will be ready with in two hours.
