Ingredients

  • 8 Cauliflower pieces
  • 1 cup - peas
  • 2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 onions, grated
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala power
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt and Sugar to taste

How to Make Traditional Vegetable korma

  • Wash all vegetables. Drain.
  • Heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Add onions. Brown them.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • Add the spice powders and vegetables. Add salt and sugar.
  • Stir fry till crisp.
  • Then add 2 cups of hot water and cook till done.
  • Add coriander leaves and serve with puris.
