Tri Colour Mousse is a delicious French dessert recipe made in the colors of the Indian National Flag. It is sure to take you to the pre-Independence era.


  • Whipped Cream - 600 gms
  • Egg White - 3 nos
  • Orange Juice - 150 ml
  • Gelatine - 20 gms
  • Fresh Cream - 150 gms
  • Coconut Milk - 150 ml
  • Kiwi - 2 nos
  • How to Make Tri Colour Mousse:

    1. Make 3 layers of mousse
    2. Take layer of whipped cream, add Kiwi, Egg white, Gelatine and fresh cream and set it in a mould.
    3. Now make another layer of whipped cream add Coconut milk, Egg white, Gelatine and fresh cream and set it on the top of the first layer.
    4. For the top layer now mix Orange juice, whipped cream, Egg white, Gelatine and fresh cream and freeze it for an hour.
    5. Serve cold.
