Ingredients

  • 100g - poha/rice flakes/aval
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp - grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Tri colour poha:

    1. Clean and soak poha while you chop the vegetables.
    2. Heat oil and add mustard.
    3. Once it splutters, add the cumin and fry till it is brown.
    4. Stir fry the carrot and chopped chilli with salt.
    5. Add the poha and mix well.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
