Ingredients

  • 100g - poha/rice flakes/aval
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp - grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Tri colour poha

  • Clean and soak poha while you chop the vegetables.
  • Heat oil and add mustard.
  • Once it splutters, add the cumin and fry till it is brown.
  • Stir fry the carrot and chopped chilli with salt.
  • Add the poha and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
