  • 250 g - Paneer
  • 5 tbsp - Milk maid.
  • 1tsp - Corn flour.
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk powder.
  • 25 g - crushed pistas.
  • How to Make Tricoloured Flower Sweet:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except pistas, in a mixer and make a smooth paste.
    2. Now, cook the mixture in low flame for about 15 mins.
    3. Allow the mixture to cool and divide into three equal portions.
    4. Keep one part aside and divide the other into two parts in a way that one portion is bigger than the other.
    5. Then add yellow colour to 1st portion, green colour to the 2nd portion and red colour to the 3rd portion.
    6. Now make a ball in such a way that crushed pistas are covered in a layer of red followed by green and finally yellow.
    7. Cut it in flower and leaf shape.
