  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - vermicelli
  • 1 cup - Aval
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 10 - Cashew nuts
  • 3 cups - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Triple Shot Laddu:

    1. Heat the pan and dry roast rava, vermicelli and aval till the rava turns golden brown colour.
    2. Grind this into a fine powder and keep aside.
    3. Heat a little ghee and fry the cashews till it turns light brown.
    4. Now heat the remaining ghee in a low flame and add cardamom powder
    5. Make sugar syrup and when it reaches the required consistency add the ground rava mixture.
    6. Pour 1 ladle of warm ghee around the ground mixture along with fried cashews and cardamom powder.
    7. Using a wooden spoon mix the mixture well.
    8. Now make the mixture into small balls.
    9. Store it in an air tight container.
