  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - vermicelli
  • 1 cup - aval
  • 1 cup - ghee
  • 10 - cashew nuts
  • 3 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Triple Shot Laddu

  • Heat the pan and dry roast rava, vermicelli and aval till the rava turns golden brown colour.
  • Grind this into a fine powder and keep aside.
  • Heat a little ghee and fry the cashews till it turns light brown.
  • Now heat the remaining ghee in a low flame and add cardamom powder
  • Make sugar syrup and when it reaches the required consistency add the ground rava mixture.
  • Pour 1 ladle of warm ghee around the ground mixture along with fried cashews and cardamom powder.
  • Using a wooden spoon mix the mixture well.
  • Now make the mixture into small balls.
  • Store it in an air tight container.
