Ingredients

  • 500 g - Pork
  • 25 g - Ginger flakes, finely chopped
  • 25 g - ginger, crushed
  • 5 to 10 - Green chillies
  • 2 to 3 - Onions
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • How to Make Tripuri Pork Salad:

    1. Boil pork cubes in 500 ml water. Add to it salt to taste and crushed ginger. Boil till the meat get tender.
    2. Roast the chillies on a tawa (do not cut chillies into pieces.) Add some salt to taste.
    3. Then crush the chillies, add them back to the pan. Add finely chopped onions to it and mix well.
    4. Add boiled meat and mix well with the onion and chillies.
    5. Ready to serve.
