  • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped
  • 1ripe banana
  • 1 medium pineapple, cleaned ,cubed and cooked lightly
  • Sugar as required
  • 2 cups - chilled milk
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • Whipped cream (optional)

How to Make Tropical Milk Shake

  • Blend together pieces of mangoes, pineapple and banana and sugar and pulse in a mixer jar or juicer for 1 min.
  • Add half of milk and pulse for 2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining milk, vanilla essence and pulse till smooth.
  • Pour in tall glasses and put a scoop of icecream in each glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Substitute with any seasonal fruit but keep in mind to keep the balance of sweetness and sourness.
  • Always use at least one sweet fruit with two sour fruits. Too much sourness may ruin the shake with its acidity.
