Ingredients

  • 300 gms - shell shaped pasta
  • 100 gms - tined tuna fish or any other tinned fish
  • 200 gms - tinned sweet corn
  • 100 gms - button mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 4 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 3 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 or 3 - slit green chillies
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Tuna And Pasta Bake

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water till soft, then drain and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the green chillies, mushrooms and tomatoes for about 5 mins.
  • Mix in the sweet corn, tinned fish, cooked pasta, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and chilli sauce.
  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish, spread the bread crumbs and grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 20-25 mins till lightly brown.
  • Serve with bread and chips.
