Ingredients

  • 300 gms - shell shaped Pasta
  • 100 gms - tined Tuna fish or any other tinned fish
  • 200 gms - tinned sweet Corn
  • 100 gms - button mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 4 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 3 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 or 3 - slit Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Tuna And Pasta Bake:

    1. Cook the pasta in boiling water till soft, then drain and keep aside.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the green chillies, mushrooms and tomatoes for about 5 mins.
    3. Mix in the sweet corn, tinned fish, cooked pasta, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and chilli sauce.
    4. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, spread the bread crumbs and grated cheese on top.
    5. Bake in a moderate oven for 20-25 mins till lightly brown.
    6. Serve with bread and chips.
